This strategic move, announced today, marks the second acquisition in Belgium after epowerhr was acquired late last year. For BCS, these acquisitions confirm its ambition to become a leading provider of HR and payroll software in Europe. The partnership between BCS and CVWarehouse is the seventh acquisition since Main Capital Partners invested in BCS in April 2022.
