BCS HR Software is expanding its market position by acquiring CVWarehouse, a leading Belgian software company. This strategic move, announced today, marks the second acquisition in Belgium after epowerhr was acquired late last year. For BCS, these acquisitions confirm its ambition to become a leading provider of HR and payroll software in Europe. The partnership between BCS and CVWarehouse is the seventh acquisition since Main Capital Partners invested in BCS in April 2022.
