BCS HR Software acquisition of Tasper
's-Hertogenbosch, Oct. 4, 2022 - Dutch HRM and payroll software provider BCS HR Group announces the acquisition of Tasper. Following the earlier affiliation of Apployed in July 2022, BCS is now taking the next step of growth in the Human Capital Management market in the Benelux.
Employees want more control over their terms and conditions of employment. Instead of terms and conditions being the same for everyone, employees increasingly desire the freedom to choose terms and conditions that suit them. Tasper specializes in software that supports employers in achieving flexible terms and conditions. With the acquisition of Tasper, BCS is responding to this development.
Tasper puts the employee first by making it possible to implement flexible terms of employment, leave arrangements and time sheets at the individual level. Over the past 20 years, the progressive software house developed into the market leader in the Netherlands. Tasper counts large corporate organizations, SMEs and industries among its customers. Tasper is based in Deventer and has 14 employees.

By bringing Tasper's solutions together with BCS's established software, customers benefit from the best of both worlds, explains Rodney Schwartz, owner of Tasper. "By joining forces, we combine BCS' 40 years of experience with our innovative software. This will allow us to further develop our industry-leading solutions and provide customers with a more complete product offering."
A forward-looking acquisition
The acquisition of Tasper is part of the future-oriented add-on strategy of BCS and supporting partner Main Capital.
