BCS has acquired Apployed. This is the group's first acquisition since the investment of Main Capital Partners ("Main") in April 2022. With the support of Main, BCS aims to further grow in the Human Capital Management market in the Benelux in the coming years.
Apployed is a core HR software player, focusing on SME customers with 20-500 employees. The company is based in Berkel en Rodenrijs and has approximately 28 employees. Apployed provides two products: the standardized cloud-based solution Apployed and the refined solution People Inc. for larger enterprises. Apployed's products revolve around a scalable business model with complementary services such as consulting, secondment, training and implementation. Its software solutions include HR, time management and payroll. The company has a strong position within healthcare, (semi-) government and financial services, increasing the market focus of the entire group.
Apployed's product portfolio is both similar and complementary to that of BCS. By combining the solutions, clients will be offered a broader product portfolio that can be supported by the various consulting services of both companies.
