From the Benefits Manager, functionalities are offered to users in a modular fashion. The Benefits Manager can be set up in multiple languages and is always accompanied by at least one additional module.
Benefits Shop
In the Benefits Shop, employees can make choices in their benefits 24/7. From buying or selling leave hours, saving vacation allowance to purchasing a bicycle. Which choices are included in the Benefits Shop is entirely up to you!
Personal Benefits Statement
The Personal Benefits Statement enables you to inform your employees about the total benefits package. With the Personal Benefits Statement, employees always and everywhere have insight into the total benefits package and its value.
Where I Work
Within the Where I Work module, employees can easily register where they work that day: home, office or another remote location. Based on your arrangements and the registrations, the system automatically determines the appropriate allowances (net and/or gross). This functionality also provides the ability to register the means of transportation and fuel type under the Work Related Persons Mobility (WPM).
Sustainable Employability Shop
