Our Journey

1978

Founding

BCS is established in ’s-Hertogenbosch under the name Business Automation Systems. The company begins as a pioneer in automation, focusing on payroll processing and HR services.

Launch of In-House Payroll Software

During this period, BCS develops its first proprietary software package to support payroll administration. This in-house solution lays the foundation for further specialization in HRM software.

Transition to BAS Computer Service

In 1985, the company changes its name to BAS Computer Service, reflecting a stronger focus on developing dedicated HR and payroll software solutions.

Expansion with HRM Software Modules

By adding HRM modules to the existing payroll package, the company evolves further and rebrands as BCS. This marks its full transformation into a specialist in integrated HR and payroll software.
