Online Academie B.V. is a leading provider of Learning & Development software. This step is in line with BCS' strategy to support customers throughout the entire HR process.
The combination with Online Academie B.V. marks the sixth acquisition since the strategic partnership with Main Capital Partners in April 2022.
With an impressive track record of over 45 years, BCS is an experienced partner for both large and small companies in the HR and payroll software industry. BCS provides a complete HR & Payroll solution ranging from absence and payroll management to flexible benefits and employee administration, as well as employee wellness.
Online Academy helps organizations develop their employees sustainably, using innovative learning and development products and services. The core product, myLMS, provides a modern and comprehensive Learning Management System, which allows the development of employees to be recorded and tracked by HRM, management and the employee. In addition, Online Academy offers various development methods and programs, including e-learning programs and performance support.
The missing link
The acquisition fits well with BCS' long-term strategy.
