Esmi Valks

As Team Lead Payroll, Esmi Valks leads a team of around 30 payroll professionals at BCS. Together, they are responsible for payroll processing for approximately 3,000 clients, ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to major national organisations. Every month, the team processes more than 110,000 payslips. But what does Esmi enjoy most about her role?
