BCS HR Software announces acquisition of MediSoft Dossier Manager.

's-Hertogenbosch, Oct. 18, 2022 - Dutch HRM and payroll software provider BCS HR Software announces the acquisition of MediSoft Dossier Manager. It is the next growth step for BCS in the Human Capital Management market after previous acquisitions of Apployed (July 2022) and Tasper (October 2022).

The labor market and employee needs are changing. Employees want more flexibility in how they fill their positions, their working hours and workplace. The employee is increasingly central and ensures that an organization excels. As an employer, you want to do as much as possible to keep your employees healthy (at work). Here, good health management is essential.

Software for absence management

MediSoft Dossier Manager has been developed specifically for absence management. With Dossier Manager, all parties involved around absenteeism work together in one file, storing valuable information in one central location. If absenteeism occurs with employees, this can be properly monitored through complete dossier creation and follow-up and the right follow-up steps can be taken quickly.

"By combining the strengths of MediSoft and BCS, even more organizations can use our software," explains René Griffioen, owner of MediSoft. "The cooperation with BCS provides added value for us so that we can continue to grow. We find it important that our software for health and safety service providers, company doctors, testing agencies and large corporate organizations is now also accessible to SMEs. This way, everywhere in the Netherlands the employee can be put center stage. BCS is the perfect partner for us in this."

Monitoring employee well-being

The acquisition of MediSoft Dossier Manager fits into BCS' ambition to offer their customers a complete solution around employee well-being. Together with the earlier acquisition of Tasper, they can now help their customers with employees' requests to have more influence on working conditions as well as better monitor (mental) well-being.

Joep Eijkens, CEO of BCS, explains further: "We are proud to have made two momentous acquisitions in a short period of time with which we can facilitate our customers with powerful tools around the well-being and health of their employees. We can now offer them a software suite to facilitate processes around working conditions, employee happiness, absenteeism and reintegration. With this we are responding to the changing labor market and strengthening our position for the future of HR."
